What's new

A running log of what we ship. Newest first.

  1. New

    Annual billing - save 17%

Plus and Pro now offer annual plans at a 17% discount. Plus drops to $99/year (effectively $8.25/month) and Pro drops to $159/year ($13.25/month). The Pricing page has a Monthly/Annual toggle; existing monthly subscribers can switch via the Stripe Customer Portal with proration.

  2. New

    Pro trial for Plus subscribers

Every new Plus subscription now includes a 30-day Pro trial. During the trial you get full access to the Annual forecast, the Analytics dashboard, and Google + Microsoft 365 calendar integration. After 30 days your Plus subscription continues with everything you had before; only the Pro surfaces lock until you upgrade.

  3. New

    Analytics dashboard

Twelve tiles in three rows. Top row tracks lifecycle revenue (paid, submitted, logged, expected). Middle row covers activity facts (active clients, days worked, top 3 concentration, average invoice). Bottom row grades operating health (collection rate, realization rate, average rate, effective utilization). Every tile shows its formula.

  4. New

Google + Microsoft 365 calendar integration

Connect any number of Google or Microsoft 365 calendars. Meetings appear as candidate timesheet entries on the Log page. Read-only - Ora never creates, modifies, or deletes anything on your calendar. De-duped across accounts so a meeting on two calendars shows up once.

  5. New

Hero video on the home page

A 90-second walkthrough of capturing time in one sentence, reviewing your week, and generating an invoice. Plays muted on first paint; click to unmute.

  6. New

    Ora Consultant launched

Live at oraconsultant.ai. Free, Plus, and Pro plans with Stripe billing.

  7. New

    Invoice generator

Per-client invoice profiles: from/bill-to addresses, payment terms, tax IDs, logos, signatures, Pay Now links. Export as PDF or Word.

  8. New

Paid / Submitted / Logged state tracking

Every timesheet entry passes through three states: logged (worked, not yet invoiced), submitted (invoiced, awaiting payment), paid. The Annual forecast colors each (client, month) cell by the state of the underlying entries.

  9. New

    Annual forecast

A 12-month view of every client. Actuals plus expected payment milestones in one grid. Concentration warnings when a single client passes 40% of your annual revenue.
